Nyumbani ya Tumaini

     The day we've all been waiting for finally arrived!  We moved four of the Baby Centre kids into a home with house parents!  It has been a very exciting day for everyone.

     The kids were very excited and happy to go to a home environment.  Pius and Evelyn are so excited to be a part of this ministry and to be house parents to these children.  Their love for these kids is just overflowing and is so evident in how they interact with the children.
     We can't wait to see how God works in the lives of this family.  Please keep each of them in your prayers.

Greetings to Pius & Evelyn

     

A historic day at the Africa Gospel Church Baby Centre

 

 

Please join us in welcoming Reverend Pius and Evelyn Korir.

 

   Pius and Evelyn are the newest members of the Baby Centre staff. That have been seconded to the Baby Centre from the AGC Missions office to be the new house parents of our new home for the un-adoptable children at the Baby Centre. The home will be called AGC Nyumbani ya Tumaini (Africa Gospel Church Home of Hope). We will be doing training and preparation for the next several weeks in order to get prepared for the children to move in. We will start the home in on half of the vacant duplex on the Baby Centre site. The long term plan is to build a rural home on our property in the Salgaa area. Pius and Evelyn come with hearts to serve and great experience as missionaries in Northern Kenya for the last 10 years. God has truly blessed us with this couple and we look forward to see the fruit of this new branch of ministry. Please keep Pius, Evelyn and the administrative staff as we move forward in beginning this new Home of Hope for these wonderful children that because of their situations, have no other options.

   We will be having a formal celebration when we do move the children in and will let everyone know when that will take place. We want it to be a surprise for the children that are moving in.
